3. RESPOND: We
will get back to you as soon as possible with all the information you
request. When you receive your lease and
application, simply review and sign. You
will need to return the signed lease and application documents along with the
security deposit and processing fee to reserve the apartment.
Before you move in:
Rent: The first rental payment will be due the day you move
in. The amount is listed in section #3.
Renters Insurance: Every resident is required to obtain Renter's Insurance BEFORE moving in. You will not be
given keys to your apartment until we have proof of insurance.
Utilities: You will need to contact DTE Energy before you move
in to have your electricity turned on.
