With a Single Liability Lease, you will have a lease for 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment and share the livingroom, kitchen, and bathroom with 1 other resident of the same gender.
University Towers is responsible for finding the other roommate and they will be on their own lease separate from your lease.
